FREE SKATE OFF-ICE

Introducing iceHQ’s new off-ice class for our high-level figure skaters!

Running Saturday mornings after Freeskate lessons, this class is the perfect addition for skaters in Freeskate 1 and above to work on their strength, power & mobility in a way that is designed to translate to their on-ice performance. Off-ice is an integral part of any figure skater’s training program to polish their jump technique and body positioning, build strength and stability in difficult spin positions, and improve their overall endurance and power to meet the sports technical and athletic demands.

These 45 minute sessions will be split between strength & conditioning, flexibility, mobility, body coordination, jump technique, and spin positioning. Designed for students wanting to take their skating to the next level and see more confidence, control, and power on the ice.

This fantastic opportunity will be run by Coach Claire from 10:15am-11am every Saturday morning of Term 3 Skate School, excluding July 18th and August 8th.
