OFF-ICE TRAINING
Take your performance to the next level with our Off-Ice Strength & Conditioning Classes led by coach Scott Timmins (AIHL, ex NHL) in our newly refurbished off ice room.
Designed to build strength, speed, power, mobility, and overall athletic performance, these sessions focus on developing the physical foundations athletes need to perform at their best on the ice.
Small group classes incorporate functional strength training, conditioning, injury prevention, agility, balance, and endurance work in a supportive environment.
Whether you’re preparing for competition, returning from injury, or looking to improve your overall fitness and confidence, these sessions are tailored to help athletes of all levels progress safely and effectively.

Junior participants must be already playing in a full ice league (IHV, JSL etc)
Seniors Wednesdays
6:30pm-7:20pm
