Figure Skating Workshop
iceHQ is running a Winter Holiday Workshop for our high-level figure skaters! Running across 3 mornings, this workshop is a perfect way for skaters in Free Skate 1 and above to develop their spins and jumps. This workshop will be delivered by experienced ice dancer and coach Emily Laing, with a focus on improving the quality and consistency of skater’s jumps and spins.
Each day includes 2.25 hours of coached figure-skating skills on and off the ice to help skaters create stronger and faster spin positions, and better height and distance in their jumps. This is the perfect opportunity to get a head-start on some of the more challenging elements of Free Skate 1-4 or continue to work on figure skating’s foundational skills.
Led by Head Coach Emily Laing, assisted by Coach Hope Rowe and Coach Claire Adam
