Looking for the perfect group outing? Whether you're a Scout unit earning your next badge, a homeschooling crew in need of a fun P.E. class, a youth group seeking an exciting social activity or even a sports team celebrating a big win, we've got you covered!

Our Social Group Bookings are ideal for groups of 15 or more skaters, giving you the chance to glide across the rink together during our public skating sessions (Monday–Sunday) at a discounted rate!

  • Weekday (Mon–Fri): Groups of 15 or more skaters are welcome

  • Weekends (Sat–Sun): To keep the fun rolling for everyone, we limit group sizes to 15 skaters to 30 skaters per session

Social Group Pricing

👥 15 - 20 Skaters
• Adults: $24 per person
• Students/Concession: $20 per person

👥 21+ Skaters
• Adults: $22 per person
• Students/Concession: $18 per person

Social Group Format

Skating Time: Enjoy 1 - 3 hours of ice time, only available within public ice skating sessions. Private skating sessions are not available.

All Inclusive: Skate hire & protective equipment is provided free of charge

Pre-Paid Food Option: Save time on the day! Pre-order food and we’ll provide your collection time when you book

Payment & Booking: Must be arranged with iceHQ and paid in full at least 3 business days prior to your skate date

Important Notes:

  • Public skating rules apply. Children 7 and under must be supervised on the ice at all times (we recommend one adult per two children).

  • Please note: This booking does not include a lesson or host.

  • No outside food is permitted inside, but you’re welcome to use the park/oval across the road.

  • Exclusions: Not available on public holidays & special events. School holiday sessions have limited availability.

Group Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Refund/Credit/Cancellation Policy

  • No outside food, cake, or drinks in the venue (water bottles excepted). We do not have the room to store food/cake in our fridges

  • Pre-payment of food/or tickets does not include a staff member for your group

  • Food collection times cannot be changed on the day

  • No priority access at skate hire or café is included

  • Includes skate hire & protective equipment

  • Does not include a lesson or host

  • Children must be supervised at all times

  • Any additional tickets requested within 3 days of your booking will be charged at the full standard admission rate (not the group discount)
