Sharpen Your Contact Skills – Play Safer, Play Smarter!

iceHQ is proud to announce our Checking & Body Protection Program. This session is designed to build confidence, control, and safety in contact hockey.

This specialised program focuses on the critical contact elements of the game, with sessions tailored around modified and full checking techniques.

Strongly recommended for players coming into a checking division for the first time over summer and for players currently playing in leagues who want to refine their technique, improve safety, and dominate contact play.

• Junior B - 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

• Junior A / Pro - 8:15pm - 9:15pm
